Contributions to Granite State Libertarians support the organization’s political and electoral activities in New Hampshire. Contributions are voluntary and are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions must be made in the contributor’s own name and from the contributor’s own funds, or from funds the contributor is legally authorized to contribute. Anonymous contributions, contributions made under a false name, and contributions intended to conceal the true source are prohibited under New Hampshire law. Partnerships and labor organizations may contribute only through a separately established political committee using segregated funds. New Hampshire Government

Federal law prohibits foreign nationals from making contributions or donations in connection with federal, state, or local elections. FEC.gov

Under current New Hampshire law, an individual or corporation may contribute up to $30,000 per election cycle to a political party or other political committee other than a candidate committee. Applicable contribution limits are aggregated over the election cycle. New Hampshire Government

New Hampshire law requires political committees to report contributions and contributor information in accordance with RSA 664:6. Certain contributor information may become part of the public campaign-finance record. New Hampshire Government

the contribution is made from your own funds or funds you are legally authorized to contribute;

you are legally permitted to make the contribution, including under federal foreign-national restrictions;
the contribution does not exceed applicable contribution limits; and

Contributions are generally non-refundable except for processing errors or when the committee is legally required to return a contribution.
